What Is ECHS and Who Is Entitled?
The Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme (ECHS) is a Government of India scheme that provides cashless medical treatment to retired Indian Armed Forces personnel and their dependants at empanelled hospitals and medical facilities across the country.
